In cases where cutting is possible with a burnt lens, if cutting continues, there is a high probability that other optics, fiber cables and even laser modules that have not yet been damaged will be damaged. Cutting should not be continued.

The amount of dust in the environment increases the likelihood of lenses becoming dusty when protective glass is changed, while the quality of the cutting gas reduces the life of the lenses by causing lubrication and dust inside the cutting head. Poor material or parameter selection increases the possibility of back reflection and reduces the life of the lenses.

The lower protective glass and the upper protective glass can only be replaced at the customer site by trained personnel. Replacement and intervention of other optical components should only be done by an authorized service. The bottom sheet tracking sensor (Sensor Insert & Cutting Attachment) can be replaced by the customer in the field. The cutting head should not be intervened at any point externally.
