What and How We Do; All operations regarding the HighYag Laser cutting head are carried out meticulously by our professional team in our facility. We provide all original spare parts supply and service for the HighYag cutting head. We test and deliver all services to you within the framework of the following basic headings;

Our fault detection and service is provided by our team who is trained in their field and has 10 years of experience. How is fault detection done? Before the product reaches us, a preliminary determination is made in the field of whether there is a malfunction in the electronic components combined with the machine, based on the complaints received. When the product reaches us, necessary measurements are made and the customer is informed about electronic and mechanical malfunctions. After the general maintenance of the product is carried out, it is disassembled in our 1st level clean room. The product is taken to the 2nd stage clean room, its lenses are removed, and with the help of a microscope and special lights, it is determined whether there is any burn or dust on the product, and the customer is informed. Can mechanical problems be resolved in the field? Yes, most mechanical problems are solved on-site by on-site detection and spare parts supply, without separating the cutting head from the fiber cable. Can electronic problems be resolved in the field? If the electrical problem is in the cutting apparatus (lower sensor), yes, but malfunctions in the collimator block can be repaired in our pressurized clean room. Are the products used original? Yes, the spare parts used are original products.
